I took this photo in an alleyway, on a walk from Sacsayhuaman to the San Blas area of Cusco, Peru.  Strange figures poking out of, or integrated into the walls of a building seemed to be hidden throughout all of the Cusco region.

Amidst the hoards of people thronging through Macchu Picchu sat this little chinchilla, seemingly oblivious to the commotion taking place around it. combined with the shifting decay of the Macchu Picchu stonework, I couldn't help myself but to stop and snap a picture.
